Identity and Belovedness
Our Identity and Security class invites women into a deeper relationship with God, where they begin to discover their truest selves and the secure foundation of their lives, rooted in God's love. This foundational course helps women grow in confidence in Father's love while learning to recognize His presence, His promises, and His movement throughout their lives. Through prayer, reflection, and spiritual formation, women are invited to discover more fully who they are as beloved daughters created in God's image.
Spirit-Led Security
Why is it that at times I feel deeply grounded and confident, and at other times I may feel anxious, reactive, or pulled in two different directions? Why can it feel like a part of me longs for peace while another part feels stuck in fear, striving, or self-protection?
Our Spirit-Led Security class invites women to grow in an interior life rooted in God's love, and to cultivate deeper awareness of their inner world with compassion, curiosity, and prayer. Through practical tools for self-awareness, discernment, and interior freedom, women learn to recognize what is happening within them and become more anchored in God's presence. As we grow in spiritual security, we become freer to respond with wisdom, peace, and trust with greater wholeness and integration.
Authentic Sisterhood
Our inspiration for All Things Women comes from Luke Chapter 1 and the Visitation of Mary to Elizabeth. In this Gospel encounter, we see a model of authentic sisterhood rooted in Christ, where women recognize, affirm, and strengthen one another in love.
This class invites women to heal past wounds in female relationships and step into a new way of relating marked by freedom, generosity, and mutual encouragement. Together, we explore how to move beyond comparison, competition, insecurity, and fear so we can build relationships that are deeply rooted in God’s love and become life-giving and uplifting for one another. In this class, we will learn how to create intentional Visitiation Moments in the midst of everyday life.
Discover Your Gifts
God has created every woman with a unique identity, purpose, and gift to offer the world. This class invites women to prayerfully discover the gifts God has placed within them and learn how to recognize, receive, and confidently share them with others. Together, we explore how your unique wiring, desires, and spiritual gifts reveal something essential about who you are and how you are called to uplift others. A gentle introduction to Ignatian discernment helps women listen more deeply to God’s voice and respond with greater freedom and clarity.
