Many women know that God loves them, yet still find it difficult to live, pray, and relate from the security of that love. Old patterns, distorted images of God, and painful experiences can keep what we believe from becoming the ground beneath our lives.
All Things Women exists to help bridge that gap. Through prayer, discernment, interior formation, and sisterhood, women learn to remain in relationship with the Lord, grow more secure in His love, and become freer to respond to God by offering their gifts to uplift others.
Rooted. Secure.
Free. Fruitful.
The All Things Women Litany
Our founder, Eileen Wieck, wrote this prayer in the Holy Land, visiting Ein Karem, the place of the Visitation. It expresses the kind of sisterhood we hope to live.
Lord, when I am tempted to diminish another person, help me authentically lift them up to unify your bruised and broken body.
Lord, when I hold fast to my perceptions of others, give me the grace of self-reflection, allowing your Holy Spirit to bring the light of truth.
Lord, when I misunderstand another person, seeing only a facade, reveal to me the precious heart you have created.
Lord, when I am afraid of being vulnerable to another, shield me as I give of myself vulnerably to love.
Lord, when I believe another person is more lovely to you, remind me of your sacrificial love for us both.
Lord, when I am tempted to compete or compare with others, remind me that others’ gifts do not diminish my daughterhood, but build up the whole body of Christ.
Lord, when I am tempted to hide my gifts out of fear of rejection, give me the courage to allow you to shine through me in humble surrender.
Lord, when I use gossip to create an illusion of control, connection, and safety, let me remember Mary and Elizabeth walking with me in my friendships to combat all forms of slander, calumny, and defamation.
Almighty and ever-living God, do with me as you will; restore my heart in the Resurrection.

The friends whose sisterhood inspired All Things Women.
Our Story
All Things Women began on founder Eileen Wieck’s fortieth birthday, when close friends gathered to celebrate her. During that weekend, two things came into focus. First, the security these women had found in Christ’s love made possible what ATW now calls a Visitation Moment, inspired by the meeting of Mary and Elizabeth in the Gospel of Luke. They could recognize, affirm, and call forth one another’s gifts without comparison or threat. This was the foundation of the genuine sisterhood they already shared.
Second, each woman’s lived experience held wisdom that could support and strengthen other women who were struggling. What existed among them was not meant to remain within their circle. That realization became the beginning of All Things Women. Retreats and Sacred Story groups soon followed, along with years of accompanying women in their relationship with God and one another.
Today, All Things Women is a Catholic formation community rooted in genuine sisterhood, with a particular mission: helping women grow into confident, mature women who live securely in Christ’s love and rise by lifting others. For some, ATW becomes an ongoing community of prayer, growth, and sisterhood. For others, it strengthens them to live their own spirituality, vocation, and ecclesial belonging more deeply. In either case, what women receive here is meant to bear fruit wherever God has planted them.
