Our Mission & Approach
Rooted in the Catholic faith, All Things Women invites and accompanies women into a deeper relationship with the Lord so they may come to know that they are loved by Him and learn to live more securely from that love. Through prayer, discernment, interior formation, and sisterhood, women grow in confidence and maturity. From that security, they become freer to recognize and affirm what God is bringing to life in other women, making room for them to shine without feeling diminished themselves.
We create opportunities for continued growth rather than isolated spiritual experiences. Our intentionally curated programs offer women practical ways to understand their interior lives, develop mature and life-giving relationships with other women, and carry what they receive into their ordinary lives, vocations, and the places where God has called them to serve.
The All Things Women Way
Rooted in relationship with God, women gradually learn to live securely in His love, grow in freedom, and carry what they receive into the world in ways that awaken and uplift others.
Rooted
Women learn to remain with the Lord, allowing prayer to become a living relationship rather than something they must perform.
Secure
Women come to know they are deeply loved by God and begin to live from the security of that love.
Free
Women grow in discernment and interior freedom, becoming less governed by fear, comparison, and the need for approval.
Fruitful
Women offer their gifts with confidence, create space for others to shine, and serve wherever God has planted them.
The Visitation Moment
At the heart of All Things Women sisterhood is what we call a Visitation Moment, inspired by Mary and Elizabeth in the Gospel of Luke. It happens when one woman, secure enough in Christ’s love to make room for another, recognizes and affirms what God is bringing to life in her.
Rather than comparing, competing, or diminishing, women learn to call forth one another’s identity, gifts, and mission. In this way, sisterhood becomes formative, strengthening each woman to respond more freely to God and carry what she has received into the world.
The Visitation | Luke 1:39–45
The All Things Women Way in Practice
With the Visitation of Mary and Elizabeth in Luke’s Gospel as our inspiration, the All Things Women Way accompanies women over time toward becoming more rooted, secure, free, and fruitful. We do this through opportunities for prayer, the nurturing environment of sisterhood, and formation that reaches into ordinary life.
Encounter
Through retreats, pilgrimages, small groups, and personal invitations, we create space for women to encounter the Lord more personally. Each woman is invited to notice the subtle movements within her heart as she begins to discern where God may be inviting her.
Enter
When she is ready to go deeper, we help her choose a fitting next step, wtheer through a small group expericne, a retreat, or anotehr guided offering. She begins learning how to remain with the Lord, recognizing his voice, and noticing her own internal voice as well.
Belong
Through a intentional community of sisterhood and transofmrational growth, a woman experiences being seen, known, and cared for. She is given a place to pracice building honest, reciprocal, and life-giving relationships with others rather than trying to grow alone.
Grow
Through continued formation and practical tools within our intentionally curated programs, we help her close the gap between knowing she is loved by God and living from that security. She learns to understand her interior life, recognize patterns that keep her bound, and practice new responses in freedom.
Bear Fruit
Real love is generative by nature. It bears fruit. As a woman learns to receive God’s love and the love of others, and to love herself well, she becomes freer to offer her gifts. We help her recognize, develop, and confidently offer those gifts through opportunities to serve, host, facilitate, and lead in ways that transmit life to others.
